- Registration is open through May 15, 2026.
- Advance registration ends April 10, 2026.
- Registration cancellation requests will be accepted through May 10 for a full refund less a $100 processing fee.
- Young scholar attendees require a parent/guardian chaperone while attending the conference.

Registration Fees:
Author registration is for registering a paper and includes proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, and banquet. Advance registration is for non-authors and authors not registering a paper and includes coffee breaks, lunches, and banquet. One-day registration is for any one day conference attendance and includes coffee breaks and lunch. It cannot be used for registering a workshop paper or a conference paper/poster.
Clarification: Per the author acceptance notification, author registration was due on April 7, 2026. The advance registration deadline is April 10, 2026. If you are a presenting author and have not yet registered, please register as soon as possible.
All registration fees will be charged in USD dollars.

Visa Invitation Letter
As part of the publication requirements, it is a mandatory requirement that you attend the conference in person to present the paper or poster and discuss your work. Please make the necessary travel arrangements and visa applications as early as possible to be able to present your paper and lead the subsequent technical discussions.
For invitation letters required for visa processing, please contact Meagan Teal by email to: teal0037@umn.edu. with the subject title as "ICHI Visa Invitation Letter Request_ Your Name". Please note that we will need your registration confirmation number before proceeding with the letter.
